A. AO Rewards is a point-based reward program where you earn points from your PLUS lead ALP submitted each week.

A. Every week you earn points based on the total PLUS lead ALP submitted. AO Rewards converts that PLUS lead ALP into points. You will earn 1 AO Rewards Point for each $1 of PLUS lead ALP you submit.

A. Every time you sell PLUS lead ALP you earn AO Rewards Points.

  • Let's say you enroll a PLUS lead family at $1,500 ALP - you would earn 1,500 AO Reward Points.
  • If you do this 4 times in the same week you could earn over 25,000 points in one month!
  • After you reach the 25,000 point minimum, points can be redeemed at any time towards AO Rewards.

(Example: 4 Sales/Week X $1,500 ALP/Sale X 4.34 Week/Month = 26,040 Points)

You can earn bonus points by completing Program 2: Essentials for New Producers on AO 321.

Your bonus points will appear in your account the following week.

A: You can redeem your points on the “Rewards” page of the AO Rewards website.

  1. First select the type of reward you would like (i.e. air travel, cruise, hotel stays, etc.)
  2. Then fill out the form on the following page to submit your request
  3. You will be contacted about your booking information if needed
  4. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you when your booking is complete or when your item has been ordered
  5. Your points will only be deducted after booking/orders are completed

A. In order to receive points for referral sales you must follow these four steps:

  1. Add your Plus leads during your presentation in HPPRO or direct in Mobile Planet
  2. Sell a PLUS lead Family or Individual
  3. Note the Affiliation as "Referral" or “PLUS” in eApp
  4. Resolve your matching PLUS lead as Sale

If you followed all of these steps and still did not receive points, you may submit an AO Rewards Audit Request form. Please note that audits are only performed within 90 days of submit date. You will receive the results of audits within seven business days from submission.

As reminder, points will not be awarded in the following circumstances:

  • You sell a policy on another agent’s PLUS lead
  • An agent sold a policy on one of your PLUS leads
  • You upload a PLUS lead that matches a lead in your or another agents’ account

A. There is no limit on the number of AO Rewards Points you can earn.

A. There are no blackout periods or restrictions to when you redeem your points.

A. You can view your current points balance at any time on the “Redeem” page of the AO Rewards website. You can check which policies you’ve received points for at the bottom of the same page.

A. As long as you hold a contract with Globe Life: American Income Life Division and are in good standing with AO you can hold on to your points and they will not expire.

A. AO Rewards points must be redeemed while you are actively contracted with AO and Globe Life: American Income Life Division. Points are non-transferrable, non-transmissible, and may not be redeemed for cash, or hold any cash value.
